What oil for 400 ssn

What oil for 400 ssn

I have had a look around on the forum and found that the hiflo hf138 seems to be the filter to go for but maybe its just me but i can't seem to find any recommendations for which oil to use :?

Hi! HF138 is correct, as for the oil I use Motul 5100 4T

just use halfords own brand bike semi synth. its far in excess to the reccomended oil that was used when the bike was new.

makes not a lot of difference. semi synth and fully synth only differ from mineral in that they will last longer between changes without the molecules breaking down.
