Welcome along...
The bike looks like a rider if it's a runner, just a bit of a polish up, but nice and original.....
Is it a UK bike? Looks like the tail has had the side reflectors at some time?

Most likely a UK bike with those carbs ....the holes on the side of th tail piece would have been flush indicators, the reflectors on US models were moulded.
That said it could have been an import and had the carbs retro fitted.....if so it won't run right with out fettling the timing.
