Re: "remember me" at logon
Mine works OK, using Chrome on a PC. I think it saves the remember me info in a Cookie so possible that cookie is corrupt and you need to clear them (or you have some software / addon that is stopping cookies). The easy way is to clear all cookies but that will do all websites which you may not want as they will then ask for login again / other settings.
To Clear All Cookies:
In Chrome go to Settings -> Privacy and security -> Clear browsing data -> select All Time in time range and tick Cookies and other site data then click Clear Data.
You can clear the KatanaOwnersUK.club ones only. In Chrome:
Settings -> Privacy and security -> Cookies and other site data -> All cookies and site data, then wait for the list to come up (which might take some time). In the search type in Katana and that will bring up only the cookies for this site - you can then click the delete icon to remove them. Reload the forum and login again clicking the Remember me option. To test, close Chrome and then come back into Chrome and go to the Forum to see if you are still logged in.
If you are using your Android phone then you can follow this guide:
https://support.google.com/accounts/ans ... roid&hl=en
If you are using another browser you'll have to work it out for that, but it should be much the same or Google it.
Let me know if you try this and it works.
In the Admin bit I do notice it says there is an update so I'll have to ask Sam if that is worth doing. Also I noticed some sections auto trimmed themselves which I though was turned off but appears to be on again ( the Ebay one did which was a pain as it had some info in there I wanted the other day to do with the import process of my 1100. ) and new users had to have initial posts Approved before they showed up, which again just seemed to happen all by itself...

UB, Thanks. Deletion of the katana Cookie appears to have worked for me, even after switching off and on again

Do you know how many times I say that a day (or variants - power cycle, restart, turn off and on)...
It's quite embarrassing but it does work!
Thanks for letting me know it worked for you.

Re: "remember me" at logon
It’s a thing with the phpBB fora, iPhones and Macs started doing that like two years ago. Same problem here!
It's faster to break than to repair.
