Someone did this intentionally
This seller bought it To give it a chance of been able to be seen out in the daylight again, so. He says But didn't because it been mullered more than he thought I suspect.
Now somebody is willing to put hard earned into it Again , I wonder if it's a rescue package , OR a check shirted skinny jeans designer stubble type

Back to the listing ...the seller realised that he was going to end up selling it for what the world thought was a tad too much , so withdrew it and it slapped it back on with a reserve to ensure it will probably never sell
