It's an S2 with 16" front wheel, also possibly a different top yoke ( remember

) to allow rental bars.... And by the ay it's a mudguard

Hey it's an import registered by DVLA ...its lucky it's the correct decade....
Japanese registration years are / were not sequenced with ours .
