I looked at this, but I only need the frame... cue someone telling me to sell the parts and make your money back, but I don't have time or, if I'm honest, the patience for that.

Like most I don't see £1450 , the 750 lowers the Interest . Though I can't see why , the 750 is more than adequate in the real world.
So that means it's a project fully not just a restoration. Except for the frame what else is unobtainable that you will use ...the most you'd make back is £200 if your lucky all the parts will need cleaning etc.....
Again why not present it better , a few hours cleaning and making good and the first impression would would be better ....adding you bought it to do but haven't just makes it seem worse than you first thought . ;)
£500ish unless you get someone who genuinely wants to get it back up and running .

I would buy the speedo. It even has MPH so I don't have to do math while I ride.

They are stickers on the outside, you can do that to yours for $1 :D
I would still buy it, I have the 85 max MPH speedo.

The whole thing is a pile of shit. I bet there isn't one component you could save economically.

Agreed.
It's faster to break than to repair.
