Interesting rack!

Post by fossie » Thu Oct 22, 2020 7:43 am

It's all there , obviously once a daily commuter or despatch bike . Love the engine bars for a 550 "adapted" for a 650 & the rack ...welding on bicycle handlebars as a grab rail ...genius!
The get out of my effing way horn , motad and early 90's rear shocks from m&p refer to the bikes commuter heritage....
At the £255 , which is a doable price ...over £500 though it's going to a labour of love to finish it . :?

Looks like it slid on it's right side twice the distance it slid on it's left side.

figured I would keep it even by posting my reply here too

Sold for £605 . Fair enough price , hardest part to find or repair will be the seat base. After that getting it usable won't take too much except time......if however the restoration crowd is involved ;) , well it'll be back in a shed for another 15 years! :(

Can't actually believe that went for that price. I never thought I'd get the opportunity to say this but it's in a worse state than my pop up.
