Ok that would be an issue, but it looks like it could be mot'd and running easy enough.

You could always test it on "private" road's

At current rates , this is an 1100 with easy register for 750 money!
Even has both sets of bars .....the ones wanted by the it looks better brigade and the raised bars for it can now be ridden crowd.
I could imagine if this was up for sale in April it would be sold quicker and for more money.
