What the dealers do is pre-register the bike so it is counted as a sale even though it hasn't been sold yet, as these bikes will be 19 reg and the 69 reg has just been released they need to shift them quickly, only downside is that if you're really fussy the V5 registration document will show that it has had one previous owner :?
