153019485185... Some interesting bidding :!: Was at £1020 then went to £4000, then £5000 .....but the same person :roll: No other bids in the middle!

Love the matching numbers statement......the only Suzuki katana ever made with matching numbers .... :lol:

does he mean the original engine that "matches" the docs is now fitted as mentions a 2nd engine being used whilst the original was rebuilt??

I think there must have been a reserve. While under the reserve it goes up like normal, but if you put a maximum bid in that is over the reserve it jumps to the reserve price.

I read it that he means the engine number is the one on the V5 ......but writes it in such a way to appeal to the widget counters.

There is no way of knowing if the engine is actual the original one certainly. All that is certain is if the engine was changed do was gone log book.

However as I said ..£5000 ....really?

So bidding ended at 5 grand with the same bidder who entered 5 grand , bidding on the last day at 5 grand!!? So he bid the same amount against himself and it registered .! :roll: :shock: :?
