Spotted this one, says it’s a race bike? Don’t look much like a race bike to me
There rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

We assume that it was intended for CRMC or something like ,races where 80s machine are pitched against each other but have to be basically standard or what was available at that time.
We had a club member Malc who won the title a few years back on an 1100 Kat ,did well , repaired it a few times in the season....up against more race oriented bikes like FZR etc.
As said chopping hangers off and relocating electrics under seat where the reg rec could suffer overheating don't help , but again it is worth what someone pays.
