Is the decal wrong? On the very first Katana the decal was at an angle......granted not on a 650 , never in the middle of the panel! I myself wondered at the milage , I mean those clocks are really low milage clocks, 
and some GS 550 ET from 1978 is missing a set!
The correct clocks should have a fuel gauge and side stand warning light, .....be black and round.
That said and the ill fitting 550 KAT guilliari seat aside , could be a decent machine for about £650.
Carbs allowing it wouldn't take much to be in honest employment again.

550 guillari seat never had a grab rail. I always wished it did.
