Re: Donnington endurance race
saw Jamie walking back as he crashed on the last bend, then they pushed the bike back but they were not allowed to restart, the engine was knacked anyway as stones from the gravel trap had gone down the carbs. no camara with me at the time, gutted.
Re: Donnington endurance race
Maybe he fell off while counting the valves, in the mcn video he says it only had eight, when he got to nine he must have got confused !

Re: Donnington endurance race
Was at Donnington on the Sunday, had a 5.30 start to get there in time for the first of the track sessions.
Had a good look around the displays and the Suzuki stuff. Met up with FBJ (He spotted the Kat Owners jacket which I had to take off late morning as it was too hot )
Watched the warm up lap and the start. Waited for Whitham to come round on his first lap, and waited, and waited....

No, we watched most of the race while walking round the circuit. Then it was time to pack 5 bikes and the stand away into the "race transporter" or Renault van & trailer. Followed by watching the last 1/2 hour of the race.
Then it was time to head off down the M1 to Leicester to pick up the AK47 through to Kings Lynn and on to Sheringham.
Was a good day out, and the Kat ran really well.
