Sounds like a nice idea with warm water.
I really need to get the carbs sorted, I can't stand anymore to have it in the garage and not using it.
I am in my parents place at the moment to get the tool for the carbs balancing.
Hopefully I will give a ring to suzuki main dealer in Ireland to try to get this order, and deliver for next weekend.
I would love to go for a spin in the village for easter, and maybe I could introduce the girlfriend to the motor bike world.

nah, if the dent has a crease in it then youve no chance, pressurising will pop out minor dents on flatish areas so long as theres no crease, its not a case of stretching the metal, its just applying pressure behind a dent to try and pop it back out, but that one there, you will be bettter buying some filler and saving for a paintjob! ive a new kat tank in my shed on a frame that i bought from slingers in the late 1990's its only done about a htousand miles and is blemish free and perfect, or it was till i dropped a fork leg on it last year and made a near identical dent to your one! DOH!!!!
