Hi all. Does anyone know how much oil to refill the forks with on a 81 non anti dive fork model?
The American Clymer manual I have states capacities for the L model, chain drive model, and other shaft drive models (210cc) which I suppose includes Katanas?? Did they get 650 katanas in the US? Can anyone confirm this or let me know where I can get hold of this info?
Cheers.

Didn't the US get the 650 kat with the niceer wheels instead of the snowflake type?

Re: 650 katana fork oil??
My second 650 Katana was a Californian import - it was 10 years old and had I think 1800 miles on it. It fact there is a picure of it in the 650 Model History PDF at:

With the wheels Nicky says and also (though I didn't know at the time) a standard fairing. I still wonder where that bike is today as when I last checked the DVLA Vehicle tax site it was shown as being taxed, so still being used somewhere. Isold it to someone up Krytens way in Cromer, but that was a good 18 years ago or so.
My 650 workshop manual is in the little 'un's room and she's asleep (She likes bed time reading ), so I can check tomorrow, if no-one else has posted.
Cheers
