I was with Peter James last time I insured.
Can't be bothered with all that insurance lark these days...

only kidding, bikes in the shed awaiting reanimation... suppose I should have some cover on them really.

Due 29/3/05
Kat (valued at 5K) and Guzzi (valued at 3K). breakdown euro and uk cover, legal cover etc

Carol Nash auto renewal £156.48, excess £100
Peter James new quote £113.00, excess £50

C Nash agreed to re-quote and got within £10 but I said too late now, should have tried and given me best price first not a high auto renewal hoping nobody queries it.

Peter James has it
KOC 49

Are you sure it's a Kat? Kat engine, Kat clocks, Kat wheels and forks? Mmm! It's not silver is it!

no, but be aware, if cost of recovery is higher than value of bike they will just pay out as if a normal theft/accident claim

In the uk they all use the same sub contractors , but bike insurance companies generally use SOS.
On the continent the local contractor and take you to the local bike dealer.
