Post by kiwi k » Thu Feb 19, 2015 4:53 pm

Well fellow Katana owners as some of you may know i have been under the weather for a while, Ok since January last year to be precise ;) , but thankfully after having my Pre Op on Wednesday, all being well on friday i'm heading into Hospital for my little Heart Op, So all i can say is it's been fun and hopefully i'll be back.
And i hope you all ride safe and that i will get thru it to be able to go for more ride outs this year, so look out 2015 and i'll catch you on the road Somewhere.

Hope all goes well Kiwi K, and yes I'm sure we'll be able to meet up at least once with Kryten at Whitwell this year (if not more?!) - just make sure your Harris is firmly attached this time :-)

In my haste to get out on my new baby Kat i fitted the spare Harris exhaust and forgot to fit the springs (Dohhhhh), which turned out later to be a Problem when accelerating out of a junction  , CC was riding in front and i had to do a quick manoeuvre and ended up on other side of road in a layby, could of turned out loads worse phewww  .

Ooops forgot the point for coming on today ;) , as you will now know i'm still here, and thankfully surgeon yesterday said everything went well and hopes i'm now truly on the road to recovery, but they need to do weekly checks for at least another month, and then fingers crossed 1 more hospital visit if there's no rejection then 6 monthly checks 8-) , excuse if i'm excited as it is a big thing and the best news i've had for a while regarding my health  .
