To be honest, the information you wish will in all honesty be flawed if taken from someone's bike. 99.9. % of Katana 1100 in the world will have had the rear brake etc removed for maintainance after 30 odd year.
As for the correct bolt, the only way is to order from Suzuki again however this is flawed because it may have been superseeeced by another as was possible during production.
To what aim do you need the bolts to be absolute.? :

Regarding the wiring I don't have pics in stock - but the Service Manuals show the wiring and cable routings, so you can make yours as per factory requirements.
I can take pics of my bikes if you want, as I followed these.
I concur with Fossie - a lot of screws/bolts etc have been superceeded, so the ones you'll get from Suzuki might not be 100% correct. You'd be better off re-anodizing your originals if you want a pixel-perfect resto.
