Coils & testing

Post by AndySwad » Sat May 17, 2014 7:54 am

Looking to upgrade the coils on my bike, Anybody know the resistance to test EF EFE coils at?

looking at second hand not looking to pay over £40 but obviously want to test them before fitting.

One of my existing is actually heating up the frame with the bike ignition on but not running.

Are you sure it's a Kat? Kat engine, Kat clocks, Kat wheels and forks? Mmm! It's not silver is it!

Nice Pedda, I probably deserve that but no, good 1980's coils still count, especially as under seat not seen
