We're into cosmetic things now!
The plug leads really need to be replaced, as we have 2 orange (well sort of) leads and 2 black leads, with 2 different coil packs.
The black coil pack looks like the leads can be changed easily (there is a plastic clip that can be removed), but the beige coil pack (probably original as it has orange leads) doesnt!
Would I be right in thinking that the leads screw in? Or is it going to be a complete coilpack/leads replacement?
I can get the orange cable, and I'd like to have a matching set of leads (the orange ones are looking more black these days).
Can anyone confirm that the leads will screw out of the end of the coilpack?
I don't want to try, in case it ends up in more expense!
Cheers,
J

Well, there is no misfire or owt.....
I'll have to clean the leads up best I can, until such a time as the leads break down and the whole lot needs replacing!
Bum!

get some heat shrink, put it over all 4 ht leads and gently heat it to make it shrink to fit, hey presto, matching ht leads. and it comes in a vast array of colours!
