Do I need to peel the rim off the top or is there an easier way of doing it ?
Both needles snapped, got to replace at least the rev counter one asap.

Hi Mal

As far as I'm aware you will have to carefully open up the metal rim that clamps the glass to the housing.

There is a document around that details the dismantle and re-assemble of the Kat clocks somewhere on the internet, also I'm sure I had a copy but cannot find it at moment.

Some one on here will have a copy. surely
