what have i done!
well, after the issues with the engine combined with the fact that i've never been too sure where i was going with my mini kat... i thought $&*£ it - whats worth doing and all that! - there's not going to be any bloody orange or red or whatever on it... the paint isn't gonna be glossy and shiny (likely satin silver) and the zinc plated bolts (which are 99% original and NOT rounded off) and likely to be black too. i like black, and i like non glossy so there ya go. i'll have the orange/red "Suzuki" on the tank so there ya go! - colour at last. Seat'll be black too

Re: what have i done!
there was a few non-original bolts on there but as my proper kat and ET have had stainless used i managed to find all i needed with the exception of ONE of the front engine mount bolts.... i suppose i should have measured it so see if i can find one from you lot
nuts n bolts are gonna be cleaned up and plated i think. would be nice to keep them as they left the factory... well, less the shiny bit of course as too much bling isn't cool... lol
i did come across a few odds n sods i needed so have stuck a list of bits on the wanted section if anyone who cares could have a peek at please
wanted list - http://www.katanaownersclub.co.uk/forum ... 578#p28578" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
cheers

I swap all my nuts over
when i "do" my bikes. I like allen bolts. Dunno why. Just seems more sensible and easier to work with.

quick question... this is on the LHS of the frame looking back. i guess the closest thing to this lug is the battery... is it supposted to be at such a pi$$ed angle like that?
it seems like the camera in the phone focused on the background... sorry
