There are 2 wires to connect to..........an Orange wire and a white wire..........they should be in the headlight shell, or at least on the front part of the wiring loom.

When you find the 2 wires in the loom, you can do a test of the circuit, by temp connecting the 2 wires together with a gash bit of wire or even an old nail will do......and the rear brake light should come on.

hope this helps

Then fit your brake switch................but be warned , theyre a bit fiddly to fit !

As bobster said headlamp shell orange and white and a .white they will both be female .
However in all honesty it will only last for a year or so then will need recleaning or renewing,
Legally it isn't nessescary.

or you can get one built into a banjo bolt that works on the pressure of the brake fluid,

You could swap the masterful for one from say a Bandit , etc this will give you a better feel, adjustable span .....and a micro switch which is easy to fit and far more reliable
