'r' is no good for the kat, unless you like top end rebuilds every 1000/1500 miles. smells lovely though!!

i know castrol R is no good for kats
but when i had strokers years ago me and mates used to run it
always rode at the back hmmm lol

aye, i put it in my elsie, gummed the rings up but it never siezed, and it got hammered. ive a bit that i occasionaly add to the fuel on my bsa, its so slow that a tail wind often makes the exhaust fumes overtake you, so its a nice experience.
except castor oil is a seriously good laxative, do you think thats why the guys who raced them old smokers always recconed they were 'shitting themselves' when they were following the fast guys. ww1 biplanes used pure castrol oil as a lubricant(total loss on some of them aero engines) so they flew inhaling the castor oil fumes off their own engines, and probably never gained an ounce!!

havent got round to keeping the bikes in side yet
used to rebuild my bikes in my bedroom when i was 19 lol
oh and i have an A65 lightening chop bought as a project been subtly modified in USA
ie welded on handlebars half inch square bent and welded as pillion pegs
and the sprung seat welded solid
