turn em all the way in gently, then wind em out 1.5 to 2 turns each,

Cheers again John :) I found a cd with a manual on it. 2 turns out is spot on. Mine were all different. Still getting a horrid knock from the bottom of the engine though. Maybe a carb balance will help.

Fugging fuel filter finally arrived today and fitted that as well.

Also notised zorst had a small hole in it so stuck a bolt and some poxy resin in it. should work :)

Engine seems to be running hot - or maybe its just the weather :) Will take the bike to bike shop tomoz and see what my mate reckons.

it will run hot compared to the impulse, remember its air cooled.

True, plus the paint is cooking as well :) i realyy hope a carb balance will smooth things out. engine seems to be struggling on tick over. Will see tomoz what she rides like :)
