It's too soon for people to commit .
no it isnt lol.... its simply a way for anyone who cant be arsed to commit to a date to make excuses
the dates are known... if you write it in the calendar now, in an empty slot, then you're booked for that weekend. if the calendar doesnt have an empty slot, then you cant make it... dont enable them
Well said Sparki.
if at first you succeed, don't look suprised.

Spoke to Heinz recently. He tells me that the KOCDE is desperately trying to book bulk tickets for the ferry to Hull. No joy yo far, ferry company not responding. Considering to try booking Amsterdam - Newcastle, though more costly.
Søren from Denmark keeps telling me the same.
He simply cannot complete the booking process as soon as it comes to whatever sort of payment. What the hell is going on on your island?

Just went through the list of attendants on page 1. Looks like I'm attending twice. Does that mean I get double o' beer?

I think you'll find the payments side is covered by the Dutch side , but P&O ( a middle eastern owned company) tried to use maritime law to employ staff on lower wages, it didn't go well for them , but they should be up and running now...As an aside I recently had to phone Brittany ferries to confirm something that can only be done over the phone ....this is a French number ...no one answers there either ..as the Jam ..."this is the modern world ."

I'm only glad that I did my booking early in march. Had no problems at all.

That's only those linked to the KOCDE. There will be some more, I guess. Like me. And I'm about to talk Robert from Düsseldorf into joining in.

Hopefully we will be getting rid of the inveterate liar who lives in No. 10 in the very near future. Then things will hopefully get better. They can't get worse, can they?
