by his description it would appear he is refurbing - or having them refurbed as he mentions tailoring them to suit overseas markets.......

Prothed is/was a forum member. He had a Pop Up for sale on here a little while back but no club members were interested so it went onto that site.

Think he even did a thread on the fix process but I might be mistaken about that bit!

Yes it's me. This is the box that is shown in the build thread that Fossie asked me to do a while back. He also has another one I did for him. As I no longer have the Kat there didn't seem much point keeping this box on the shelf!
They are not that difficult to fabricate but the majority of the time is taken in getting the old epoxy-filled box apart without destroying it...

I do plan on moving that thread to a techical section on the site (also to add MR2 headlight and the wiring thing to remove the 3rd coil from the headlight switch on the 1100s) as it was well done from what I remember :-) I'll wait until you sell this...!
That is also if I can find them with the site...

I bought Dave's unit, but I'd still like to try the same process to rebuild the unit I'm taking out, so please let us know when you repost the original thread... Thanks!

It's in the How to.. Section (which is in the Members Area at present)

viewtopic.php?f=45&t=7361

Blix has also just done the MR2 headlight How to as well, also in that section.
