Hi, Just joined the forum.
I'm on the look out for a katana with pop up headlight in the UK. No rush though.
I currently have a Sachs Roadster 800 (also by Target Design) and a 1984 Honda Spacy ch125 (with a pop-up headlight), so the Katana seems like a logical step!
I like unusual bikes or engineering and freedom to enjoy 'em.
Best regards

Ha, the spacy is definitely easy to live with. Even has foot warmer!
I fancy the katana, not only because of Target Design (CEO is a nice chap, very helpful with questions) but because I can live with unobtainable plastics, just not unobtainable engine bits.
Are they easy to convert to pop up, or should I just look out for an original?

Wow that blue bike looks like they spent their entire budget on the front end, it defiantly doesn't match the rear end. I can't be the only bloke (?) that noticed that?

That Sachs is nice. Suzuki VS/VZ800 engine, I think.
Now the VZ800 was a lovely little custom bike. I wouldn't mind either the Sachs or the VZ in my garage.
