right,,, does anyone know how to get the standard airfilterbox in and out of the popup kat?
that is in one piece..

I think it will only come out when you take the engine out............So has to go back in the frame before you put the engine back in!
I await to be corrected tho!

Engine out? wow not very smart of suzuki to do it like that.
Could not find anything about it in the workshop manual.
Maybe I will try to move the engine foreward a bit and take the intakerubbers off to get some room...
I hope that someone has a better idea then taking the engine out of the frame...

At least with the 400 one frame rail unbolts, damn pop up doesn't & that engine is one of the tightest fitting engines going....

Even moving the engine forward doesn't give enough room, it really is an engine out job and as said it's a really tight fit as well, one of the most difficult engines I've ever removed.
