Post by superfly » Wed Apr 20, 2011 6:13 pm

Hey lads,
It is as simple as the title i m looking for the air filter for my katana 400 ssn.
Is it possible to an equivalent and where?
Down everything is a bit tricky to find.
I have difficulty on the tyre too.
Cheers

Originals are difficult to come by and expensive.
However what you can do (as most of us do) is use a GS500 air filter. This doesn't have the trumpet on top but we have had some alloy ones manufactured and Fossie has the stock of these.
Personally I use Bridgestone BT45's on my 400.

That sounds like a plan. I have contacted fossie about the air filter.
For the tyres, I would love to get the tyre at the right size :-) if I can source them.

I need a bike from that trip in Trim. It is only up the road from me.
