sonic bath

Post by Kryten » Tue Mar 18, 2014 9:49 pm

As I posted earlier, my sonic bath went "bang" in smokey smouldery sort of fashion.

As it was very useful bit of kit I'd like to replace it at some stage. So I'm interested to what others have and how they rate them.

Please post up any thoughts/comments on the good the bad and the ugly of the sonic bath world :)

Hi John

The old bath was one of these:

Image

Made by Kerrys Ultrasonics, must be a good 15 years old and was abused and mis-used by a previous owner before be released on a scrap chitty to me. has done a fair bit of work for my brother and I. But now the little combined mains socket and transformer started smouldering and popping, so maybe I need to sort out a new one.

Unfortunately as I am no longer based on the old platform I don't have access to the huge bath any more
