no worries, its not so much the horn but on my two 650's there was a large ring terminal that goes under the bracket that the horn mounts to above no 1 cylinder on the frame rail. best of luck anyway

The earth to under the horn mounting bolt is important all sorts of mysterious electrical goings on with out it.

However your issue is a blocked emulsion tube . Also check vacuum pipe from inlet end. Or indeed is it connected ? Modern fuel cannot be left. For a year with out gumming up , because the fuel is fed in between 2 and 3 carbs these get blocked .

also worth remembering that if its full of year old fuel its gonna run like a nail! modern petrol can go off in a few short weeks, so you might just have a load of crap fuel.
