650 KAT REAR BRAKE LINE
CAN ANYONE HELP WITH A PICTURE OF A GENUINE REAR BRAKE HOSE AND THE ROUTING AS I STARTED GETTING CROSS WITH IT LAST NIGHT. I HAVE TRIED BOTH WAYS ROUND AND CAN'T GET IT TO LOOK OR FIT RIGHT. IT'S THE ONLY PICTURE I HAVEN'T TAKEN.

Re: 650 KAT REAR BRAKE LINE
I will take a picture in a day or so if needed BUT ......where you are going wrong is the brake line goes THROUGH the bracket that holds the front of the torque arm!
You know what the spelling of through dosen't look right in really large font , but the brake line does when it does!!!!!!

Re: 650 KAT REAR BRAKE LINE
I've fed it through the bracket, put into the clips on swingarm but it still doesn't seem to fit or look right. I've looked at parts diagrams tried to find a half decent picture in the clymer manual (I've had it for 10yrs and am still looking). I can't believe I didn't mark one end of the line or take a photo. I took pictures of everything else. arrrrrgh!!!!

Re: 650 KAT REAR BRAKE LINE
is it the original Suzuki brake line or a made up braided hose?
A picture tells a thousand words..........................have you got one, so we can see what the problem is?
