Did u powder coat the engine mounts? Re tighten ur mounts

You need to remove the mounts and cut the coating of where the mating faces meet

I bet you're able to do four of'em, cally.

as you say everything's got balanced, I take it you matched the pistons for same wheight, too?
In case you don't have any suspects enginewise, do you have proper bar end weights? Not the hip alloy or even carbon ones, but solid steel? They might help a bit then.

Best ignore that boost guage, stick a "t" piece in line and run a 1 bar guage to check what the actual boost is. is the waste gate stuck open ? Mine was stuck shut at mold this year and made the boost keep building until the ignition cuts @12psi.
As for your vibration. . . . .not got a clue as mines smooth all the way through the rev range,
