Tappet tool

Is there an alternative to buying a suzuki tappet adjusting tool for my 1000 .Ive adjusted the valve clearances but it was bloody akward useing an adjustable and ring spanners

You could try a radiator bleeder key............they have tiny little square keys a bit like the adjusters on the TSCC motors.

or you could use an adjustable and a spanner.............nudge nudge wink wink

you can get aftermarket tappet adjusters that use an allen head bolt!

why not just buy the tool from robinsons? they're literally £3 or £4
