Thanks guys, not to difficult to extend the loom to suit the tray. Just use decent connectors not the shit crimp ones from Halfrauds. Think the ones I used were called Jap connectors, I crimped , soldered and sleaved them so should hold up oh and make sure you got a good earth.
No probs with over heating either, so far so good.
