It all depends on the sauce innit, or should that be onnit. Anyway Brown or Red. Discuss.

No sauce at all...'kin hethens.. .pepper is all that is required to enhance the natural flavour....
If you are going to alter the flavour with sauce then go for the veggie bacon option..that requires so much sauce to make it palatable anyway.

I’m with his nibbs on this, no sauce just loadsa real butter on fresh bread
