Now I know this is not Katana ....in this country related but it is a Suzuki and it is a Katana in Indonesia

The answer is a brown trouser moment!
Basically the rear axle on the Jimny ( katana in Indonesia ) is free to move sideways , interesting on a series of bends on a A road in Staffordshire.. . Note the wheel inside arc by nearly 2"

out by 2" and missing 2" !

So obviously they made it too short by 2" in the first place.

is it missing 2 inches, or has it broken and moved 2 inches out, so needs pushing back together and welding up again?

Snapped in half and moved......got a new heavy duty with poly bushes for £70 , got to fit it yet but it's cheaper than trying to weld iffy metal I should imagine. Went for new oil seals and bearings while we are under there .....so off the road till time is found.
