I've made a few screens for some friends of mine.

Like that top one, is it the same size as a standard screen?

To be honest I don't know, I got the shape from the after market ebay one I bought to put on my Kat. From pictures I'd say 'ish' :) . I made the first taller ones for me because I like the flip up.

I'm thinking a standard sized screen with that katana logo and some sort of KOC logo underneath...or even club membership number?
Is it thick enough for the original screen trim to clip on?

The stuff I've used is 3mm, the same as the screen I bought from 'suzukiperformancespares' on ebay. I don't know the thickness of a genuine screen as my 750Kat came in from Italy with a hideous GRP 3/4 fairing with covered head lamp.

I hope it wasn't some sort of exotica because it went in the bin several years ago

Not sure why I picked member 666?

Only been giving these to mates up until now, if people are interested and it is allowed on the site? I can make these in various colours and what ever logo/etching you want for not a lot of wonga. Would just need a high def jpeg of your desired design to adjust. If this is inappropriate for a newbie, I apologise and I'll wind me neck in.

That is spot on, just needs 407 underneath the owners club and i'll buy it :D
I'll leave you to decide the font and size. Unless anyone has any other input?

If you don't mind this smoked Acrylic '407' will be on your door mat early next week ;) If you want a specific colour I'll have to order it so lead time would be about 14 days.

I think I prefer the logo with the surrounding line rather than this one?
