.....seeing as we all had so much fun building the pop up project instead of just standing around getting drunk and talking about bikes howabout we have a "mini" project? something like a Masterclass in a top end engine rebuild or maybe a carb rebuild /balance etc etc.

pete, a top end (or even complete engine) strip/rebuild is no were near as daunting as it first sounds, just follow the step by step instructions in a haynes manual,

just dont rush it and its easy, after he first time it just gets easier

think you're right, my beer costs are more than most engine builders charge

i'd be more worried about a gang of drunken katana owners trying to build an engine!
