Why don't you use the garage to work on them and store them. There are many clubs for these were people have skills and help each other out. Or armed with a manual will have a go . The clue is Man cave ! Kettle/ beverage, planet rock on the radio and out of sight!
We even have a lawnmower museum!
Most folk in Southern California use their garage as a personal storage, or in Mexican neighborhoods rent it out to another family or two. In the mid west (flyover states) they have basements, so they get to store there crap down there, but here, it's not a two car garage, it's boxes of shit you will never touch again.
Next time one of my neighbor has their garage door open, Ill take a pix and post it.
