Maybe the 'arrived on these shores' bit wasn't really necessary. I expect the Southern bashing and take it in good spirit, having lived in Lancashire for a few years now

That comment about arriving on these shores was necessary as about ..90% of the fleet are not from the UK and not EU ..it wasn't and isn't a racist comment it is a fact..most of them arrive knowing someone who works for us and are given a go/chance with any prior dispatch experience.
Anyone who knows me should , I hope, know that I wont mention people by race /colour /creed as it makes no odds to me , just are they as good as their word /can they be trusted/ do the job .. A person is a person .
The whole post which was read by most in the manner it was meant I suspect was a social comment on pandering to those who are never appreciative and never make the best of what they are issued with ..Even if it's FOC ..
