I would like to bring in a rule that anybdy fitting exhaust down pipes to the engine block using allen bolts and then letting them go rusty, very rusty, will be taken to a public place and prodded vigorously with a hot, blunt and rusty, very rusty
hot blunt rusty thing.................................................... (ring any bells, Chris?)

the only trouble free way is to fit stainless steelm studs and brass nuts.
