For the asking price looks nice enough. ( Clearly this bike is in The UK, on a typical housing estate
The backend looks odd with the silver paint , but that is his personal choice..

I'm always sceptical about a machine that has just had an engine been professional rebuilt...then for sale, Though if you have achieved your goal in resurrecting a machine as a project then time to move on , but the price reflects the costs .
Just as an aside the milage so quoted are irrelevant mostly as the clocks are from a GT model so replacements , this may mean they came to this vendor with them , but as with most bikes of this era milages can't be accepted unless you can check the MOT history, if you care enough.
