For the asking price looks nice enough. ( Clearly this bike is in The UK, on a typical housing estate
The backend looks odd with the silver paint , but that is his personal choice..

I'm always sceptical about a machine that has just had an engine been professional rebuilt...then for sale, :roll: Though if you have achieved your goal in resurrecting a machine as a project then time to move on , but the price reflects the costs .

Just as an aside the milage so quoted are irrelevant mostly as the clocks are from a GT model so replacements , this may mean they came to this vendor with them , but as with most bikes of this era milages can't be accepted unless you can check the MOT history, if you care enough.

What's that ring on the right hand fork leg just above the dust cover?

Looks like a tie-wrap, often used so you can see how much travel your using.......
