Reading too much in to it!

Post by fossie » Sun Apr 19, 2020 9:48 am

Price wise ...neither here nor there...nice example. For me I just wonder at the location as Bathgate , but the photos are nearly all the same picture from a slightly different angle but no alternative sides etc...however this location is France or a very French architecture . Not what I thought Bathgate looked like.

I thought it was interesting

I knows what you mean stockcar , but that roof is far to steep for uk , the tiles on the house in the background are diamond laid no standard in Uk nor us the pointing ........but best of all the galv sheet barn door...Mae qui!

It only comes to my attention because I'm a firm believer in th surroundings are as important as the vehicle when selling , it the first impression of trust , kind of . :?

Lots of scams about at the moment so quite possibly........

I tried to enlarge the van in one of the background pix to see if you could make out the registration style but failed miserably..

Think you are right Fossie - that telegraph pole looks more like one of those French concrete ones rather than our round wooden ones, plus the utils. attached to it don't look British. As giving away a crate of French wine you must assume they have connection to France.

Wouldn't say that particular bike is stunning (why do people put the choke lever the wrong way - always bugs me), it's nice don't get me wrong, just not well £6300 stunning. On close up there are some things to do.

He is also listing a Honad CBR250, and you can clearly read the reg number of the white VW van in the background
PW 061 PD
The Transit type has a yellow plate that could end in JYM

You’d want to see a lot more before committing to that, tempting as it is!

Yep, was just an observation, clearly having to cancel my last trip has made a mark on me!
Wonder why he is clearing up ? Shame.
As said price is neither here or there ....there are cheaper and more expensive , all too much to a tight arse anyway.

Well he got a good price for that! Well done and fair play, maybe throwing in a case of French wine is the way to go :-)
