Cheap 400?

Cheap 400! Non such beast.
Dosen't start.....easy fix ....with a set of ultrasoniced carbs with new internals....or a new CDI ...or a new coil or 2.

Well we did comment on Pete's sanity when he bought it.
Cheap 400! Non such beast.
