Was originally advertised at £15K
Gradually dropped to sub £10K.
Still a bitza, sporting a set of UK clocks showing 599 miles.

Cvs were not an option elsewhere they were the norm!!
Only the UK , Austrailia ,.....and S. Africa apparently got slide everywhere else got CV ...so this is either an import , or a bitsa ....so not retorted rebuilt .

slide carbs were too 'dirty' to get through emissions laws in many countries, particularly the north american market, so their 1000's came with cv's the same as the 1100.

Yes both GS10...
Barrels have 998cm on the front lower NS (LH as you sit on the bike)

Or have you actually visited gods city to view this superbly restored example ...apart from the naff seat , the tab washers , wrong carbs or wrong market!
