the ridiculously priced ten grand plus katana collection.

Post by johnr » Sat Oct 07, 2017 12:01 pm

ok, here we have it, the ten grand plus ebay katana collection, (it helps if you read this as though its a tv commercial for a monthly partwork collection) a selection of the ten grand plus ads that keep popping up regularly for bikes that either never sell or else just keep popping up from different investment buyers who think they are going to get rich quick by buying investment bikes, so, a quick sweep of ebay brings up these gems, feel free to add your own.

ok, im taking the piss, but ffs , THEY started it...........

first off, this gem, hilarious comedy speculation by this seller, 1000cc but missing so much. anyhow, top marks for imagination but seriously, ive seen better bikes than this in fossies shed..........

running it close is this one,
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUZUKI-GSX-11 ... Sw6btXRdIa

and another one. what is it with £9999, that number seems to occur a lot in crazy katana price world.

ok, this is an oddity. its a late model kat 11 with a low mileage, and seems in genuine good condition, but i feel the seller has missed a few superlatives out in its description and could, with the application of a bit of bullshit, inflate their prices up into the unobtainable level of the 10k kat club. in short, good effort guys, but must try harder...

so thats the weeks batch of silly priced bikes, doubtless they will all still b here next week and for the foreseeable future, but feel free to add more as you find them.

It's spreading, I found one in my garage...:-) Must be some sort of virus that affects SDs

I do notice that those 3 are all in Yorkshire as well... (I'm sure this could raise a comment from someone, I'm not brave enough...!)
