That looks like a heap of fun when it's back on the road.
Good luck if you bid on it Bob

Re: GSX250S Katana
Out sniped! It was mine at £1019 with a couple of seconds left, then out bid in the last couple of seconds that went over my max bid of £1355. With the delivery charge I couldn't really go higher. Boo Hoo. Oh well.

I'm the one who didn't win !
I'm Kat-UK on ebay - I think they just take 2 random letters for the start and end, so the one with the U in this case.

Re: GSX250S Katana
Yeah. I'm a bit disappointed as there were no bids right up to the tea time today, so I thought I was in there, and was looking forward (dare I say it) to doing a full restore!
But like you I thought about £1500 but did include the cost of getting it to me, making up to £1350. Yes it is easy to get carried away with the bidding (have been caught out before, but that did involve some drink as well!).
Anyway I have another possible plan...

Johr ref: my 250 carbs....don't fret matey I'll get up to yours in a few weeks ....did you have a look at the clocks ...if not I'll suss it.
In the middle of doing the brakes on this 250 as the fluid was last looked at when it was mine way back in 2005 so a bit crystalised.....the good news is the rear brake is the same size pistons and seals as the 650
